Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order after it has been confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order tracking number once we have processed it. 

PLEASE NOTE: International customers may have to pay duties to release their parcels from customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for this.

RETURNS

At this time, we are only able to offer exchanges or store credit for items that you would like to return. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to process your return.

To qualify for a return/exchange, your item must:

• Be unworn and undamaged.
• Include your order number (and for exchanges please additionally specify your size request).
• Be shipped for return within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
• Send your tracking to info@drunkangel.com.au

Return/exchange postal costs must be covered by the buyer. Please pay for tracking on return parcels as we are not liable to refund items that cannot be accounted for.
